Job Description:

To conduct receiving, in-process and final inspection and maintain

the records.
To ensure availability of calibrated and valid test equipment's for inspection,

inspection plan, WI,
drawings, required specifications with acceptance criteria.
To ensure whether component measurement results meet the required specifications.
To identify non-conformances and ensure that required corrective actions are planned

by manufacturing dept.
To update and circulate Receiving Inspection Rejection Tracker and final inspection tracker.
To track the complaint from initial receipt through entire process until complaint is closed.
To investigate the complaint by using 8D format for root cause analysis as and where required.
To calibrate the measuring and test equipment's and maintain the records.
