Job Description:
Effective leadership qualities with the capability to take along a team
ü Lead Generation
ü Business analysis through Market research & Price Trend.
ü Assigned to deal with Coordination /Liaising with Customers & to assist the General Manager –Marketing.
ü Preparing & then follow up on any sales Quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the clients at a cost best suited for them.
ü To efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries & to liaise between other department and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s need, cost & time constraints.
ü To prepare sales reports, sale orders status, sale agreements.
ü Responsible for timely, accurate quotations and pro-forma invoices to customers, processing inquires through email & phone.
ü To follow up with the customer for payments and customer feedback.
ü Actively supported sale team- coordinated sale details, pre-sale material & after-sale deliveries.
ü To deal & update customers about delivery, shortages accountability of the same.
