Job Description:
his position is responsible to investigate disputed or overdue T+L invoices, identify root
cause, intervene at the resp. cause/origin and drive resolution in an end-to-end fashion.
.That includes Co-ordination with Freight forwarders, 3PL vendors and all involved internal
functions/sites for payment related queries
.Weekly reporting, tracking of Invoice status & sharing feedback to all stakeholders / vendors.
.Identify patterns and develop process improvement initiatives to reduce failures & cycle time
.Supervise team of Analysts
