Job Description:

the job all taking responsibilities of over all management for the entire furnace starting from raw material, batching, electrode management, tapping, furnace operation till the final product with an assurance , of quality product,
ensure to knowledge of full composition of metal, slag by product raw material of ferro alloys industries
performing the process of production data tracking analyzing & implementation according meet process goal,
esuing problem identification & escalating to senior authorities
ensure to knowledge to manpower material stock & related consumables item management

5.0 MVA (SAF) to produce 7200TPA equivalent of SiMn. Its Installed Capacity is 26.6 MVA equivalents of 61500 TPA of FeMn while power generation capacity is 20MW for thermal, 8.5 MW for the biomass base plant and 1.5MW for windmill energy that makes one third of the green energy produced.
