- Maintain production stability, change management, incident management,
- problem management, DR, Monitoring, automation, adapting to new technologies.
- Effectively work with business users and other technology colleagues.
- Ability to multi task, prioritise work and adapt during sometimes pressured situations.
- Ability to relate a technical issue to business impact and vice versa.
- Follow issues along a technical or business process to define a problem to solve.
- Use multiple sources of sometimes unstructured information to define problems
