JOB CONTENT:

Account Management
?Manage all customer communication in a proactive way to ensure the customer is supported and
informed on all aspects of services provided and within agreed service levels
?Actively involved in the management and development of customer portfolio performance
?Key customer interface, responsible for revenue generation and risk management
?Improving customer service and experience, working closely with other departments within Atradius
in order to provide best possible service to enhance customer satisfaction
?Responsible for managing and co-ordination of customer enquiries to ensure appropriate level of
support
?Supports Account Managers and Business Development Managers in maintaining and developing
customer relations
Online Digital Marketing
?Preparing content to drive forward local email campaigns.
?Provide input to optimize local SEO campaigns
Prospecting / New Business
?Responsible for ensuring business retention and developing the existing customer portfolio with the
aim of maximizing customer profitability
?Identifying and follow up new business leads, and clearly identifying new prospect sources
?Prioritizing inbound new business leads
?Handling customer enquiries via online tools, calls, and email
?Work closely with other teams to identify cross boarder and upskill opportunities

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:

|
?High customer orientation / customer focus
?Good communicator who easily engages and interacts with new and existing customers using a broad
range of channels (Social Media, Telephone, Email) and who has the ability to quickly build rapport
?High attention to detail and is able to work quickly and accurately and adapt to new insights
?Excellent time management and organization skills
?Flexible, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
