Assistant Storekeeper
Job Description:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Material Management and Warehouse Operations out of which minimum 3
years in the Oil & Gas sector.
2. Well versed knowledge of Spares & consumables used in Oil & Gas industry.
3. Good written and spoken English, problem solving skills, technical communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Shall be a Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge / experience in any
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP is preferred.
5. Well versed experience of lifting equipment and safe handling of heavy materials.
6. Operate Forklift with valid Qatar Forklift license.
7. Knowledge in storage and handling of Chemicals / Hazardous materials of all the classes. Able to interpret
MSDS and understanding of UN / NFPA / GHS Classification.
8. Knowledge and experience in material preservation and packing standards followed in Oil & Gas industry.
9. Knowledge of Safety standards followed in Oil & Gas industry. IOSH certificate Managing Safely or equivalent
and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health - COSHH training certificates are mandatorily required prior
to start working with Client.
