Role & Responsibilties :-
ITSM process leads within the Service Operations functions, finance, contracts, application support and maintenance teams in the CIO’s function
Service Operations Planner, IT Control Manager
- Application of IT to resolve Business problems
- Configuration management processes and controls
- Change processes and controls
- Experience in a variety of IT Service management and Operations roles
- Experience of working with suppliers in outsourcing contracts
- Effective influencing in a matrix environment
- Have experience in a process ownership role
- Configuration management process

Essential:
- ITIL Foundation
- Enterprise IT concepts, from security to servers to end user devices.
Desirable:
- ITIL Service Operations
- ITIL Service Transition
- Integration of multiple sources of data to provide a single view of an IT landscape
- Experience of service automation
