Job Description:
- All contractual correspondences with client,
- consultant & subcontractors.
- Project Completion & handing over protocols,
- Documentation for final billing & project closure.
- Assist Project Team for timely response to Owner/
- Subcontractor Contractual letters.
- Resolve Contractual issues like VO / Claims and
- other relevant issues.
- Maintaining all documents required for Audit
- purpose.
- Assist Project Team to amicably resolve and
- settle contractual issues, if any,
- Maintaining records and Correspondences
- Management.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams, and the client's own representatives
Working on-site and in an office.
