Job Description:

Qualification: BE in Production / Mechanical, MBA in Operation / Supply chain will be added advantage
Experience: min 10+ yrs in leading whole plant activities like production, PPC, Purchase/Sourcing, SCM
Work location: Vasai East in Mumbai
Industry: Automobile / Auto Ancillaries

Job Responsibilities: Production Head and Cooordinating with department in-charges mainly PPC, Purchase, Production, quality & maintenance for ensuring smooth production flow.
He should must have below skills.

Production Planning & Execution:
Excellent knowledge of manufacturing process of plastic injection moulding, sheet metal, fabrication, electrical sub assembly, machining, casting etc.
Leads the Production operation activities & Planning those including all Planning, Scheduling, Inventory management, Supply chain / Logistic functions.
Sound Domain Knowledge of handling multiple assembly lines & manufacturing processes, Assembly tools & equipments.
Responsible for compiling daily, weekly, monthly management report on overall plant performance.
Able to handle large workforce and achieve the targeted production volumes from them
Sound analytical ability to resolve quality issues related to both manufacturing processes & product issues.
Effective team leader to motivate the workforce towards achieving production targets with required quality standards.

Purchase / Procurement:
Minimize interruptions to production schedules through effective parts and materials procurement practices.
Sound knowledge of material planning, purchase process with handsom experience.
Sound knowledge of Inventory control, ABC analysis, material management.
Checking the material availability for all lines / Planning of material flow in the shop floor.

Must be aware of IATF 16949 QMS followed in automobile.
