Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Promote company’s products and services from Ahmedabad office
- Manage relationship with Principal OEMs and with customers
- Manage and oversee the work of inside sales team
- Coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales engineer performance
- Track sales progress and associated KPIs for the sales team
- Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
- Perform other duties as necessary

- Number of key accounts registered with
- Number of enquiries generated
- Value of orders received
An Ideal candidate shall be:
- More than 4 years of experience of which minimum 2 years of “Key Accounts Sales experience”in Industrial products business
- Must have handled Techno-Commercial’s role in past profile
- Should be capable of independently planning, evaluating Performance of team sales data, delegation of task and aligning the resources as per requirement
- Understanding of Industrial and Government Purchase process
- Extremely good command on English and Hindi
- Forecasting of business & Periodical Reporting
- Recruit, train, Motivate and empower sales team.
