Shift Incharge Has to keep constant vigilant, attentive in the process as he has to charge the various materials in the vessel in time else performance will deteriorate.
Co-ordination and communication with the CCM incharge at every stage of process for problems /failures and take decision accordingly.
Ensure good equipment health by following standard operating practices. Communicate the major break downs to the maintenance agencies.
To Check the Liquid metal First Sample and represent to AOD Incharge for Further Addition.
Coordinate with Maintenance team for any Breakdown.
Coordinate with Planning team for further production target.
To do route cause analysis and increase the production.
To Monitor the Furnace Lining Condition and Laddle Condition and accordingly report to Incharge.
Regular check /Analysis of Furnace condition in Each heat Cycle and report to Incharge.
Monitor AOD Erosion.

Position Requirements:
Full time Diploma/ BE Metallurgy.
