Job Description:
• Advising on the cases of absconders, breach of any Policy, Legal frame work, terms of employment contract, etc.
• Independently investigating and acting on matters related to disciplinary.
• Handling and managing other Employee related matters and HR queries on Legal aspects, Litigation, Notices from External Authorities, Court and Statutory Authority appearances and ensuring appropriate closure thereof.
• Drafting of Show Cause notices, Disciplinary Note, Investigation reports, Termination letters, etc.
• Responding to investigations and queries as the principal point of contact
• Collecting and collating all evidences, etc.
• Attending the Labor Hearing, Court matters, etc.
