Senior Executive - Supply Chain Management

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities
? Executing the tendering process from vendor /contractor evaluation, floating bids, bid
evaluation, techno-commercial meeting, negotiation, Preparing & awarding the Order or
Contract.
? Complete procurement to pay Cycle for Following category of items / Services
A. Engineering Purchase – Machine spares, PPRC pipe fitting, RO Spares Pumps & Furniture
etc.
B. Electrical Purchase – Cable, Relay, MCC, MCCB etc.
C. Safety & EHS Purchase – PPE’s , Safety shoes ETP Chemical & consumable items etc.
D. Project Purchase – Structure steel & Pipe & fittings, Equipment (Reactor, Vessel , ANF ,
Storage tank , Heat Exchanger )
E. Electrical Panel.
F. Instrument purchase ( LT , PT , Mass Flow Meter , Level Indicator , Control valve , gauge ,
Rotameter ,etc)
G. Rate contract ( Pipe fabrication , Insulation , Color , Stationery , Printing )
? Co-ordinate with User department team for Ordering and Scheduling the deliveries as per
timelines.
? Project review meetings for evaluating project progress.
? follow-up with vendors, Co-ordinate with Engg. & stores team, Co-ordinate with F&A,
Preparation of MIS.
? Keeping Records & Filing of Docs. as per Dept. SOP
? Attend MRM & TSC meetings
