Proposal Engineer
Job Description:
Job Location- Hadapsar Pune
a) Careful study of the tender requirements, project specifications (all technical & commercial aspects)
b) Understand the tender requirement w.r.t. material, manufacturing process, NDE/Welding requirements
c) Co-ordination / collecting the inputs (as required) from the concerned departments for compilation of proposal
d) Generating BOQ and arrive on costing modality based on tender requirements/equipment
e) Getting the sub-suppliers Quote for materials & services and checking the conformity with the requirement
f) Preparing the Specific Estimate in optimized manner
g) Preparation of Proposal in line with tender requirements, without any delay in stipulated time & date
h) Manage proposals for multiple clients, often in multiple countries
i) Meeting customer deadlines of bid submission
j) Manages the response to all tender bulletins and requests for clarifications
k) Efficient handover to project execution following contract award.
