One of our Client leading in MNC IT Industry is looking for Linux Administrator – FTE @ Mumbai & Pune – WFH

Job Description:

We are seeking a Linux Administrator to work collaborately on installation, configuration, and maintenance Linux operating systems. The ideal candidate thrives in an agile environment and analyzes and resolves problems associated with the operating system's servers, hardware, applications, and software.

Job Responsibility:

1. Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service

1. Manage, coordinate, and implement OS/software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations.
2. Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
3. Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions

Job Qualification:

1. Previous working experience as a Linux Administrator for 3-4 years

1. In depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Debian, OEL etc.
2. experience with Oracle DB, Application installations, Azure, Amazon & Oracle Cloud services
3. Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP
