Job Description:
Job Purpose
To support maintenance and operations activities by carrying out preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of instrumentation systems in the plant.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day field troubleshooting activities
- Execute preventive maintenance and maintain cleanliness of instruments
- Ensure proper protection and covering of instruments
- Follow calibration schedules and maintain records
- Handle daily shift activities independently
- Perform 5S and housekeeping activities
- Installation, commissioning, erection, and testing of instruments as per planning
- Identify instruments and spare parts accurately
- Ensure proper utilization of consumables and spare parts
- Maintain logbooks, report abnormalities, and near-miss incidents
- Follow all plant safety procedures and guidelines
Key Authorities
- Fill PM checklists and update daily logbooks
- Monitor critical instrument parameters regularly
