Job Description:
Sr. Engineer – Instrumentation
Key Responsibilities
- Handle breakdown troubleshooting for dedicated sections
- Maintain DCS interlocks and logic healthiness
- Manage plant startup and shutdown activities
- Execute predictive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
- Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for repeated failures
- Ensure operational safety and process compliance
- Carry out condition monitoring & diagnostics
- Follow ISO and SAP activities
- Handle installation, commissioning, erection & testing
- Support production planning and monitoring activities
Jr. Engineer / Engineer – Instrumentation
Key Responsibilities
- Handle shift handover/takeover with proper logbook entries
- Perform DCS and field troubleshooting activities
- Ensure completion of assigned work within timelines
- Conduct condition monitoring & diagnostics
- Support installation, commissioning & testing activities
- Participate in startup, shutdown & breakdown handling
- Perform shift handling and troubleshooting
- Ensure safety, security, cleanliness & hygiene in plant area
- Monitor critical instrument and weighing checklists
