Job Description:
Job Location- Warje Pune
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Maintenance tracker of all district updating, compilation, reconciliation wrt.
finance data, prepare YMC reports Plan and execute maintenance of Buildings
2. NFA to be taken after checking of cost and process for further approval.
3. All maintenance bills are to be checked and processed to account for payment
4. All the Work orders/Agreements are to be closed
5. Drafting of all necessary working drawings & Tenders /agreements for SCM and
sending of drawing to site
6. Monitoring progress at the Site & review.
7. Tracking of Final AOP during FY, Ensuring full utilization or reasons for less utilization
8. Must have knowledge of CPWD/MES Norms
