Job Description:
Strong Problem-Solving Approach –
Analysis of AS IS and TO BE states and identification of key improvement opportunities across Retail Sales functions
Driving and designing projects to implement identified opportunities
Project Management –
Establish governance, and create and maintain all project-related artifacts to ensure the project is on track
Highlight key risks and actionable to Senior Management
Facilitate Senior Management Reviews –
Collate, validate and prepare internal and market data on distribution
Design and prepare analyses to drive agenda through multiple sources
Stakeholder Management – Manage and develop strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across the company
Thought leadership –
Keep track of developments in the GI industry and evaluate its effects on LGI distribution
Build / Maintain a knowledge repository of best practices, tools, engagement highlights
