- Have to Provide Support to Kheda, Ahmedabad, Dharwad users with on call and remote
- facility.
- Have to troubleshoot windows software as well as hardware for the issue resolution.
- Have to install windows OS.
- Have to Configure outlook application on user’s system and other applications.
- Diagnose the issue using BIOS and Diagnostic tool on PXE Menu.
- Have to manage vendor follow ups as well as have to lodge the call for any H/W Issue.
- Manage network switch and network instrument.
Work Experience :
- Should have experience in above all activities for around 2 to 5 years.
- Educational Qualification
- Technical degree in IT or Professional course of Hardware & Networking.
- Years of experience: 2 to 5 years
