Key Account Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing key accounts and driving new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will represent our organization with integrity and professionalism, addressing client concerns and providing tailored solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs and challenges, ensuring they receive appropriate solutions and support.
Sales negotiation and closing:
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients, ensuring terms align with company goals while meeting client expectations.
- Employ effective closing strategies to convert prospects into loyal customers.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Field Engagement:
- Actively engage in fieldwork, visiting clients and potential clients to foster relationships and gather market intelligence.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and value proposition.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Proactively address client concerns and feedback, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, aiming for continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in account management, sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present solutions.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Client-centric: demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a commitment to understanding client needs.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity, with the strategic foresight to identify growth opportunities.
- Fieldwork Proficiency: Willingness to travel and engage in fieldwork to foster client relationships and expand business opportunities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to resolve client concerns promptly, working with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Technical proficiency: proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales and revenue targets.
