Job Description:

Duties :

  • Filling positions within an organization.
  • Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
  • Developing own network of suitable candidates.
  • Handling of administration and record-keeping.
  • Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR procedure, policy, ESI & PF, and benefits program.
  • Manage the daily HR operations of the HR Department.
  • Handle payroll & coordinate with a consultant.
  • Coordinating with other personnel for office work.
  • Maintain HR records.
  • Joining formalities & exit formalities.

 

Key Skills & requirements:

  • Bachelor in any Stream.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
  • Record-keeping Roles and Responsibilities.
