Job Description:
Duties :
- Filling positions within an organization.
- Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
- Developing own network of suitable candidates.
- Handling of administration and record-keeping.
- Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR procedure, policy, ESI & PF, and benefits program.
- Manage the daily HR operations of the HR Department.
- Handle payroll & coordinate with a consultant.
- Coordinating with other personnel for office work.
- Maintain HR records.
- Joining formalities & exit formalities.
Key Skills & requirements:
- Bachelor in any Stream.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Record-keeping Roles and Responsibilities.
