No KRA Detailed Description of the KRA

1 Timely inspection for RM
inward

1.Monitor inspection for all raw material inward
a. Cable- testing of copper and master batch
b. Other RM ( carton, boxes, ribbons/cords) for strength, bending, material and
print quality.
2.Ensure all RM clearance done within specified timelines

2 In process quality

1.Monitor inspection for all in-house production
2.Ensure quality parameters are being ensured during the production process
3. Check for physical parameters like shape, color, size.
4. Test for electrical parameters as per required specifications
3 Final testing Long term testing as per IS 694, 7098, 9857 & applicable standards
4 Pre delivery inspection 1.Visual testing of product and packed goods FG
2.Verification through random batch method

5 Managing customer
escalations

1.Manage all customer escalations for returned material
2.Conducting 100% Pre-Dispatch Inspections

6 Set up and management of R
and D lab

1 Set up the R and D lab
2.Maintain the lab and ensure all required tests being carried out
3. Suggest new product based on customer analysis

7 Process Improvements

1. Look for opportunities to initiate process improvement to have a
cost/revenue impact across departments
2. Improvements to help organization in smooth flow of work
3. Ensure personal involvement to value add in processes
