2. Hands on experience on Windows 7 , 8.1 & 10 OS
3. Good in troubleshooting for MS office ,Outlook , O365 and application.
4. Hands on for mobile support
5. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
6. Basic network knowledge.
