Job Description:
One of our clients, Leading in MNC IT Ind is looking for a Senior HR Manager - Compensation & Benefits (WFH)
Compensation & Benefits
- Working alongside the Benefits specialist, manages global benefits administration including renewals, policy revamp, day to day administrative activities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for management and first point of contact for the Company’s employees regarding all employee benefits issues, concerns, and questions
- Understands compliance, acts, and regulations across geos; ensure that compensation and benefit practices follow current laws and regulations
- Managing payroll process for employees in the organization by liaising with internal and external stakeholders; Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
- Actively engages in annual merit increase program and incentive pay, and proactively advises on compensation updates, working closely with key stakeholders
- Perform salary reviews based on market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Overseeing and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits.
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement

- Experience in Compensation and Benefits Team.
- Data driven, you’ll collect, weigh, and analyze data and help make decisions in a proactive fashion
- Strong prioritization capabilities, highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Ability to interact with senior leaders across different business lines, HR Business Partners, and front-line managers
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience – Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Proficiency in MS Office tools knowledge and HR system preferably Oracle HCM
- Compensation and/or general HR certification a plus
