Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- To achieve the given revenue and sales targets of the location assigned
- Complete Ownership of Sales, Operations and Customer/Student Experience for the given location
- Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Reporting
- Manager.
- Achieve & exceed the agreed targets
- Devise Sales Strategy and execute it
- Convert leads into sales from the given database
- Responsible for a Geographic territory
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
- Having a knack for sales.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- To drive student admission numbers through various Channel
- Excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a
- Strong understanding of customer service.
- The candidate should have fluent oral and written English
- Should have experience in Sales and Marketing profile, with some experience in Edtech/Elearning,
- would be a distinct advantage
- Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas
- A high degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales
- Even Freshers with a zeal to prove can apply
- Minimum Graduate qualifications
