Job Description:

Job Location- Bhosari Unit (1)- S-Block, W-79, MIDC, Bhosari, Pune

                    Chakan Unit- Gat No.244-247, Plot No.9, Nanekarwadi, Chakan Pune

Key Responsibilities:

? Overseeing the production line, process, product development, quality control, product
testing and responsible for the quality of the product that a distillery produces in plants in
the location.
? Environment Health and Safety- Plant property and people
? Directly responsible for governmental compliance and statutory bodies like pollution
control boards and electricity boards.
? Should have basic knowledge in machinery commissioning and erection
? Responsible for employee safety and morale, product quality, the operation's budget,
reliability of production and planning
? Manage day-to-day operations of the distillery
? Ensures compliance with company and government policies and regulations.
? Developing new products
? Ensuring operational and procedural accuracy and consistency.
? Lead and develop the operational team at the distillery
? Provide technical leadership to assure quality and consistency of the distillery process
and liquid to the highest standards
? Continuous Improvement of output performance, continually reviewing an recommending
improvements to production processes
? Ensure compliance with quality policies, standards, and systems including plant
sanitation and GMP procedures.

Qualification And Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry or similar qualification & related field with 10+ years
of experience in a Alcoholic Industry or FM-CG Industry and Should have good & working
knowledge in ENA and beverage alcohol industry experience required.
