Job Description:
- CHANGE MANAGEMENT / HR TRANSFORMATION / OD INTERVENTIONS
- Support in all tasks/activities for HR Digitization & Automation implementation
- INDUCTION & CONFIRMATION
- Coordinate in organizing HR Induction Programmer & Orientation of new hires
- Prepare & Issue a probation extension notice/confirmation letter to the employee
- TALENT MANAGEMENT
- Support in Employee Engagement Surveys to measure employee engagement and morale
- LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
- Assist the Team Lead in role-wise competency analysis and developing/updating the competency model
- Collate & prepare training needs received from Site and HO HODs
- PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
- Prepare / Update / Complete data requirements for Appraisal Review in HRMS
- Drive annual reviews in HRMS
- REWARDS AND RECOGNITION:
- Collate & Prepare data received for rewards and recognition as per policy and guidelines
