Job Description:
  • CHANGE MANAGEMENT / HR TRANSFORMATION / OD INTERVENTIONS 
  • Support in all tasks/activities for HR Digitization & Automation implementation 
  • INDUCTION & CONFIRMATION 
  • Coordinate in organizing HR Induction Programmer & Orientation of new hires
  • Prepare & Issue a probation extension notice/confirmation letter to the employee
  • TALENT MANAGEMENT 
  • Support in Employee Engagement Surveys to measure employee engagement and morale
  • LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT 
  • Assist the  Team Lead in role-wise competency analysis and developing/updating the competency model 
  • Collate & prepare training needs received from Site and HO HODs
  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
  • Prepare / Update / Complete data requirements for Appraisal Review in HRMS
  • Drive annual reviews in HRMS
  • REWARDS AND RECOGNITION:
  • Collate & Prepare data received for rewards and recognition as per policy and guidelines
