Job Description:

Experienced in selling group insurance products to corporates and SMEs  

- Specializes in group Health and Life insurance products with known set of customers (group clients) 

- Experienced in employee health benefits 

- Has good connects in the SMEs spaces  

- Expected to convert existing customer base  

- Target based structure with incentives  

 

- Prospect for new accounts to generate new revenue opportunities for the group business   

- Prepare Strategies for key business client acquisition and qualify prospects by conducting face to face sales meetings and presentations with assigned team.   

- Plan & Launch Commercial of Group Business right from Inception.   

- Work closely with potential and existing clients to develop strategic partnerships that result in mutually beneficial financial outcomes.   

- Interact with clients to review business results, identify needs, and build long term solutions   

- Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies towards the achievement of acquisition.   

- Interact with the top management of companies, identifying the potential prospect & draft the business proposal for each company   

- Manage team performance, develop systems to monitor metrics, manage forecasts& pipeline process accurately.   

 

 

Need: 

- At least 5 years’ experience in selling group products and employees benefits schemes  

- Has worked in brokers and insurance intermediaries on commissions/ incentive structures  

- Has connects in both SMEs / Corporates and insurance companies
