Qualification: Any Graudate or Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production
Experience: Min 3 To 6 Yrs in handling Store & Dispatch activities from Fabrication Project base / Sheet metal parts manufacturing company.
Work location: Pune ( Kelawade -> 25km from Katraj on Shirwal road)
From Industry: Manufacturing, Heavy Fabrication project, Engineering, Sheet metal / Press parts manufacturing companies.

Job Description:
Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.
To received material supplied by the vendor as per order place by the purchase department and making GRN.
Preparation of MRN reconciliation statement every month.
Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
Maintain all store reports.
Maintain store stock register Assets stock register.
Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock.
To take the safety measure for the safely by the store house, materials and men working on the stores
To maintain the neat and tidiness of the store house. (5s)
To issue material to department as per the Production order.
To create a Delivery challan for outsourcing and sales returnable material purposes.
To Making E-way Bill against the sales invoice.
To Execute of the dispatch activities as per daily dispatch plan .
To understand all the team member and make the team stronger.
Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions.
Maintain daily work plan in store.
Daily communicate with purchase, production & Coordination.
Knowledge of ERP
