JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
1. Online process monitoring of filling and packing operations (INPROCESS QUALITY CONTROL CHECKS).
2. Sampling and Inspection of Raw materials and packing materials as per standards & documentation of the same.
3. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of Finished goods to ensure the FG quality
4. Implementation and monitoring of online process controls as per SOP
5. Conducting training to workers in shop floor about safety and quality issues
6. Documentation and data control
7. Regular Updating of QMS documents
8. Conducting Internal audits like GMP,HACCP & 5S
9. Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
