Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility:-

  • Rapaport India manages sales for all India.
  • Responsible for overall sales goals and results of the sales team
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact: Daily communication & approvals, management of strategy
  • implementation together with senior managers, ensure deliverables and deadlines are being met
  • by the team
  • Closely monitor and listen to salespeople calls
  • Lead company's planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth
  • Together with management, set targets and performance plans, for the sales team
  • Meet with salespeople weekly and perform one-on-one meetings to review performance,
  • progress, and goals.
  • Deliver deep performance reviews for each individual salesperson per quarter
  • Coach individual salespeople through weekly one-on-one and prospecting help sessions to help
  • them improve sales performance
  • Counsel, support, discipline, and fire underperforming sales representatives
  • Develop a scalable inbound and outbound sales process and ensure sales team adhere to it
  • correctly
  • Ensure that salespeople are using Salesforce and CRM correctly
  • Recruit and onboard new salespeople
  • Monitor competition and industry trends.
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients
  • Track sales team metrics and share them with company management
  • Oversee the formation of business partnerships and negotiation of contracts with new or existing
  • clients/businesses
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales
  • Unite the team: Ensure teamwork as a positive unit and share their best practices
  • Manage various aspects of sales for Tradeshows, Seminars or various marketing efforts
  • Work closely with the various marketing teams, sharing insights, improvements and follow-ups
