Job Description:

We are looking for a professional Sales Associate for Franchisees for developing a scalable business by being an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Responsibilities of a Sales Associate include managing database, tele calling, marketing, listings, field visit, presentation, and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.
Responsibilities of Franchise Executive:
1. Generate and manage the leads of prospective buyer/seller from website, social media and other channels.
2. Build, implement and manage all systems of prospect clients, lead generation, database management and back office support till final closure of the deal.
3. Visit sites for property inspection.
4. Coordinate for appointments with clients for showing the property.
5. Acts as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers & sellers.
6. Compile and shares weekly/monthly reports to the Franchise.
7. Handle events, programs, and activities.
8. Manage and updates the CRM and lead status.

Other Requirements:
1. Excellent fluency in spoken English, Hindi & Gujarati is must.
2. Should be well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Ability to interact and built a strong rapport with all levels of Business Partners.
4. Willing and able to bear high levels of responsibility, make decisions, being accountable.
5. Committed to making the project a success.
6. Local traveling will be an integral part of the Job Role.
