Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Consumer Care- General Trade- Channel Sales
Department/Group: Sales
Position Reports to Regional Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area
People Management – Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
Managing Team – Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
Managing Depot – ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues.
Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting
Skills/Qualifications:
Candidates with FMCG exposure at a managerial level
Education Qualification: MBA ( Tier I B schools)
Experience: 3 + years of experience as a manager (ASM)
Fluent in English and local language.
Key Requirements:
- Open to work for 6 working days in a week.
- Ability to connect and engage teams across levels and effectively navigate through organization.
