Industry – FMCG. FMCD, Beauty & Personal Care

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience (6-8 years) in key account management, preferably in FMCG, or consumer durable

- Demonstrated success in managing national-level partnerships with OEMs or similar entities.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various levels.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel as required.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Base location could be Gurugram/Mumbai/Gorakhpur

Responsibilities –

• Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow OEM partnerships on a national level.
  
  - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within OEMs to understand their needs, priorities, and challenges.
  
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing necessary support.
  
  - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment with OEM partnership objectives.
  
  - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  
  - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with OEM partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  
  - Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  
  - Conduct regular business reviews with OEM partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive growth initiatives.
  
  - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of partnership initiatives.
  
  - Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to OEM partnerships.
