Job Responsibility:

  • Attendance Management
  • Payroll Management
  • HR MIS Management
  • Leave Management
  • Onboarding, Offer letter, Exit Interviews, and Grievance handling
  • Compliances- PF, Gratuity, PT, Statutory,
  • Handle Govt. Bodies
  • Implementation of Policies and increment cycle
  • Maintaining Recruitment Data
  • Employee lifecycle management
  • Employee Engagement
  • Team Bonding Activity

 

Candidate's Profile:

  • Should have experience as an HR Generalist 
  • Preferable from Education Industry
  • Knowledge and Ideas about all HR Compliance
  • Should have excellent written and spoken English.
