- Compliances- PF, Gratuity, PT, Statutory,
- Handle Govt. Bodies
- Implementation of Policies and increment cycle
- Maintaining Recruitment Data
- Employee lifecycle management
- Employee Engagement
- Team Bonding Activity
Candidate's Profile:
- Should have experience as an HR Generalist
- Preferable from Education Industry
- Knowledge and Ideas about all HR Compliance
- Should have excellent written and spoken English.
