Executive / Senior Executive - Process / Technology Transfer

Job Description:

• CAPEX pproposal and designing of brown and green field projects.
• Preparing Basic Engineering Package consisting design basis document, material balance, energy balance, Utility calculations, development of Process Flow 
• Development of P&IDs and layout.
• Preparing process datasheet for equipment’s like batch reactors, agitators, vessel, ANF, RVD, pumps, heat exchanger, storage tanks etc.
• Technical reviewing of GA drawing for fabrication.
• Reviewing techno commercial offers and preparation of TCS and recommendation sheet.
• Knowledge of SAP for punching PR.
• Coordination with vendor for TPI and dispatch clearance of the equipment’s.
• Preparation for piping BOQ.
• Coordination with HAZOP team for HAZOP team and compliance of recommendations.
• Coordinating with execution team for smooth transfer of relevant documents and information and support for PSSR for successful completion of project within timeline.
• Designing of MPP.
• Driving MOC through all cross functional department to achieve common goal.
• Sound Analytical skills for capturing bottlenecking process and operation based on BCT mapping and Batch plan.
• Optimization and De-bottlenecking of process and operation for capacity enhancement.
• Commercial scale up of new product/ process from lab to main plant.
• Involvement with R&D team from feasibility stage to make robust process by giving inputs from the actual plant operation perspective.
• Variability study of process and its impact on the final product to ensure successful scale up. Knowledge about stage gate projects. Inculcated lab skills to perform experiments.
• Conducting pilot trials for scale-up study and process simulation for main plant.
• Planning, execution and launching of new products within timeline.
• Perform Pipe line sizing, Pump hydraulic calculations, heat exchanger designing, pump and agitator power calculation, agitation Scale-up calculations, corrosion rate study
