The HR Business Partner is responsible for strategically aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP collaborates across the HR function to deliver
value-added services that support the organizations goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the business unit financial position, future plans, culture, and competitive landscape.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of designated business units.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters, providing guidance and support.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address current and future HR needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process by collaborating with hiring managers and providing input on job descriptions, candidate evaluation, and selection.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure effective implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to HR, and ensure compliance within designated business units.
  • Foster a positive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualification 
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering or HR generalist functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to influence and guide leaders on HR matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
