Job Description:

Urgent requirement HEAD - PRODUCTION for Sponge Iron Division  at Raipur

 is a senior role within a manufacturing or production environment responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that products are manufactured on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while managing the production team and optimizing efficiency across all aspects of the operation; key duties include planning production schedules, allocating resources, monitoring quality control, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining safety standards within the production facility. 

Commissioning of DRI kiln with refractory line heating & plant equipment.

 Planning & scheduling of monthly production according to availability & quality of raw material sources & optimum utilization of resources.

 Working out by using different kinds of raw materials to get lower production cost.Decision of charge mix & controlling of process parameter for better quality.Controlling of raw material handling system as per process requirement Ensuring smooth operations to maximize production and to meet pre-set production targets.

 Planning & implementing effective preventive & corrective maintenance schedule to enhance equipment reliability & up time as per TPM.

 Better man power management of all dept. & proactively identifying and rectifying problem areas to ensure uninterrupted operation.
