Job Description:
Conduct inspection of machined parts, castings, weldments and assemblies per blueprint, manufacturing plan, Customer's specifications and requirements through the use of various types of inspect
Immediate Opening For Quality inspectors
- 1. Define roadmap for the Competence Centre in collaboration with
Portfolio/IT managers and drive alignment across all stakeholders
2. Market the Competency Centre capability and develop demand pipeline
3. Perform the task of Technical Capacity Planning
4. Fully responsible for Upskilling capability within the team &
ensuring innovation
5. Setting up the governance with stakeholders
6. Defining a mechanism to analyze, report & grow the Quality
Engineering team - Skills & Competencies :
1. Proven experience in setting up/running a Competency Centre in
Quality Engineering
2. Mindset to coach, mentor, review & guide your teams to develop into
high performing, multi-tasking teams with relevant capabilities & skills
3. Extensive experience working with customers to champion the Quality
Engineering Competency Centre
4. Team leader with strong stakeholder alignment and influencing skills,
along with keeping the team motivated
5. Experience of implementing standard testing principles and tooling
across any number of team
6. Mindset of identifying testing KPIs, Identifying common trends and
measuring quality across the organization
