Job Description:
- Monitors & organize the workflow of all process in entire shift
- Must have knowledge of this machine - Multitec S1 450 ,& Multitec Ecosmart,galus, Lombardy, neel peter etc
- Read and understand work order documents. Correctly identify requirements for production and follow all requirements.
- Production approvals
- Production entry & report making
- Organize label runs based on priority in scheduling and label . Meet daily timelines and deadlines in support of production schedules.
- Receive and reconcile the raw material from/into stock against production indent in system within 24 hours of receipt. Report discrepancies to the appropriate department.
- Offer suggestions for improvement that will increase efficiency, maintain a 5S environment and reduce the risk of quality errors.
- Ensuring that the team performs to agreed and measurable targets.
- Ensuring that machines are operating to an optimum level against company set targets.
- Ensuring compliance to all quality systems to prevent sub-standard products reaching the customer.
