Job description :
| Coordinate plant activities through planning with departmental management to ensure the achievement of established objectives. | ||||||
| Implement cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower and other operational costs. | ||||||
| Provide direction, development, and leadership to the management team. | ||||||
| Collaborate with management and plant personnel to establish shop-floor organization and process flow to optimize production capacity | ||||||
| Establish and drive the attainment of key performance indicators for overall facility success. | ||||||
| Ensure the compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations. | ||||||
| Training the operators/supervisors to indicate the data appropriately in the respective registers | ||||||
| Preparation of Pre-Qualification and Technical submittals Operational and Maintenance Manuals, Training Manuals for projects. | ||||||
| Adhesion to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes | ||||||
| Coordinate with other Departments as per requirement | ||||||
| Man Power Management | ||||||
| Ensure Smooth Operation at Plant level | ||||||
