About the Role: · In the position of IT Application Manager, SAP you are responsible for the maintenance, design, and implementation of new functionalities and applications in our systems that include enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce and other custom applications. You are the point of contact for the key users and inform them about updates and modifications, and potential improvements and support them with training and other activities.
· As IT Application Manager, SAP you ensure the proper functioning of our SAP system based on the applicable business processes. You also work closely with the other Application Managers, each with their own focus area. You will also take care of data integrity and consistency together with the key users & the process owners.

Job Responsibilities: · Responsible for running a team of technical & functional specialists across SAP & other allied custom applications. The position will closely work with other delivery organizations within the organization. · Delivery and Project Management leading a team of 15 to 20 members. · Handleincident, change & release management. · Continuous improvement of SAP Application Management Services · Budget planning, Financial, and management reporting. · Hiring, mentoring & Development of resources.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Desired Skills Experience
- Bachelor s degree/University Courses or Equivalent certifications in computer applications/System Administration/Database Management subjects
- Experience working as Engagement lead/Manager, Solution Architect, and Team Lead
- Experience working in Captive Organizations.
- Strong experience on S/4HANA. Experience in SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics would be beneficial for the role.
- At least 6 years experience as Solution Architect & in a Team Lead role
- Must have handled a team of a minimum of 10 members and should have led implementation/maintenance services.
- Functional or Technical experience in various modules of SAP
- Strong people management skills.
- Experience in establishing monitoring services, exposure to process automation (Ex RPA), and AI implementations would be desirable.
