Plant Supervisor - Production (MPP -1)
Job Description:
- Reporting in shift duties on rotational basis.
- To give and take complete charge to reliever for pending and online activity.\
- To maintain housekeeping of plant and surrounding area.
- To perform any other activity assign by the HOD/Shift in-charge.
- Reporting of incident, deviation, failure & involve in investigation.
- Experience & knowledge of toxic chemicals like HF, Liquid Bromine Etc.
- Communicating to all department like maintenance, QC, QA, warehouse, store &
- other production department.
- Knowledge of DCS based operations & process automation.
- Filling the BMR and other document online with production activity.
- Maintain the process parameter as per BMR.
- Handling of Casual manpower & controlling of discipline in critical operations.
- Receiving of raw material from warehouse & other production department and
- keep it to designated area.
- Attending of training programs as per schedule provided.
- Keeping the work place clean & taking initiatives for betterment.
