Job Description:

This role is responsible for independently handling the day-to-day TP operations for intercompany transactions.
Actively engage and assist the manager in smooth functioning of the OTP processes and coordinate TP activity to deliver within timelines for Global operations

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle TP setup process and build TP models as per the business structure.
  • Work closely in handling and resolving queries from business in a timely manner and be responsible overall TP mailbox
  • Support TP Sharepoint Maintenance / Update of SharePoint data, TP Mailbox , clean-up TP models under guidance of the Manager & maintain Tutorial
  • Prepare quarterly monitoring templates and support line manager in discussions with Finance Controllers as part of periodic TP update and yearly TP adjustments
  • Perform calculations & analysis of proposed transfer pricing adjustments to ensure the material intercompany transactions are within the required arm’s length standard
  • Execute current transfer pricing process/ policies for effectiveness and implement changes as necessary under the direction of the Manager
  • Drive process improvements (Automation/waste elimination/CI etc.) to achieve efficiencies of the overall process
  • Attend to any other data handling/management support as requested by business/ Stakeholder

Basic Qualifications:

  • M.Com or B. Com with 5-8 years’ experience (Background with 3 years Transfer Pricing)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in SAP enabled environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Service mentality, Proactive & problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet work and project deadlines producing high quality output
  • Openly communicates and keeps stakeholders informed; delivers very few surprises.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
  • Be a catalyst and champion for new improvements that will drive systemic solutions to business issue.
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge
