Job Description:

Title: Customer Service Representative - Insurance Call Center

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our call center team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our policyholders by answering their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and providing them with accurate information about our insurance products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from policyholders and provide timely and accurate information about their insurance policies and coverage
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing policyholders to increase revenue and customer retention
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements:

  • Graduate
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service call center role; insurance industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication Skills in English
