Job Description:
A Chief Operating Officer (COO) in an FTL (Full Truckload) logistics company oversees all operational aspects, ensuring efficient and profitable operations. Their responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, developing and implementing strategies, overseeing various departments like transportation, and ensuring customer satisfactionThe COO also focuses on improving processes, optimizing resources, and driving growth while minimizing losses. 
 
Key Responsibilities of a COO in an FTL Logistics Company:
  • Operational Management:
    Oversee all operational activities, including transportation, warehousing, and customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 
     
  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement long-term and short-term operational strategies to align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
