Vessel mapping and monitoring operations based on production plan

Co-ordinate with maintenance, electrical, Civil and projects and instruments for break down and shut-down activities and driving plant modification jobs.

Co-ordination with QC deptt for sample planning and analysis reports

Co-ordination with QA depth for BMR review and leading change control process.

Co-ordination with ETP for effluent generation and disposal.

Co-ordination with ware house deptt for Semi finished goods, finished goods, Raw material, packing material etc . Stock report and inventory management.

Ensuring data entry in SAP and reconciliation of stock physical vs SAP.

Co-ordination with safety deptt for work permit system and ensure its implementation, incident reporting,  Ensuring zero loss time injury.

Resource management for special task eg. Forklift, extra manpower.

Review and preparing daily production report and report deviation

Training need identification and execution to shift incharge and supervisors.

Providing guidance for plant trouble shooting.

Ensuring compliance of SOPs related to IMS, GMP etc.

Monitoring process and safety interlocks along with engineering, process development and safety deptt.

Upkeeping and Maintaining house keeping of entire plant and surrounding areas.
