Job Description:

Responsible for recruitment and selection
Ensuring a robust manpower pipeline to take care of existing and expected vacancies.
Required to maintain various HR MIS related to hiring /sourcing/funnel/employee engagement/attrition etc.
Publishing HR dashboards and attrition analysis data to stakeholders.
Collection of all pre-joining documents.
Ensuring proper and complete documentation post-selection of candidates.
Responsible of smooth Onboarding of the new hires
Ensuring timely generation of Employee codes and other infra support required.
Coordination and ensuring attendance for HR induction
As HR SPOC , responsible for managing employee related Quires and their Resolution .
Handling employee grievances and taking proactive steps to ensure local level of Resolution of grievances.
Keeping track of all exits happening within the company.
Conduct exit interviews of employees and do attrition analysis .
Manage IJP rollout and closure on the system, and send regret and congratulatory emails.
Drive employees to connect through formal and informal forums .
Stakeholder management.
